Mint green tunic

Material is sheer, low neckline, mint green background with white polka dots. Sleeves can be rolled up and buttoned. Tunic length shirt, very cute with black pants or leggings and boots. One button in neckline appears to be missing but with a tank underneath it is not obvious.
