Mint green blouse with pleated neckline

Sleeveless blouse with pleated neckline detail. Can also be worn backwards, with the button fastened (high keyhole neckline) or open (split neck). Blouse measures 19" pit-to-pit and 25" long. Fabric is a cool mint green color, 100% polyester, lightweight and semi-transparent. Great for officewear layering! Reposhing this item I purchased from @etc228.
