Mint and black polka dot dress

Mint and black polka dot dress with stretchy waist and black mesh on top. The button on the back is missing (pictured with safety pin) but would be an easy fix. Purchased at Francescas and worn a few times for work, in overall great condition. Recommends dry cleaning but hand washing was just fine.
