Neither mint, not velvet, still cute. UK brand Mint Velvet. Garment says size 8 but this is a UK size, fits like a US 4 (mannequin display is a size 4) Tie dye silk front with rayon back. Small dolman sleeves. Slight oversized feel. Great condition. One hole, (see pic 6) not a rip or tear, more of a pin punch, so it is no likely to lead to further damage, nor does it affect look, fit, or wear of garment.
