Mint Lace Collar Dress

Found this mint dress by Studio Y at Maurice's. Black floral lace accent around the button front leading up to a classy black collar. Side loops for a (missing) black belt. Any thin waist belt will do! Falls just below the knee. Mint slip underneath. Worn once!
