Mint Green One Shouldered Formal Dress

The dress is one shouldered with large open sleeve and loose fitting bodice. Skirt is slightly more fitted and has cute overlapping detail (see photos). Skirt falls about mid thigh on me and I'm 5'4". Tag says size L but fits like an 8-10. Only worn once!
