Mint Green Blue Fitted Dress with Sheer Cutouts

In fairly new condition, stretchy, and probably comes out to about a size 2 numerically. Semi-short, it comes above my knees and I’m 5’1. Really cute for spring or weddings and would easily be good for younger teens too!
