Vintage mint 80s blazer Made by devon and the International Ladies Garment Workers Union Upcycled by painting over stains on pocket and right sleeve cuff. No other flaws that I personally see. Great vintage condition. May have some minor inside thread pull. Vintage size 16 Approximate flat measurements (inches): Length: 26 Sleeve Length: 19.5 Chest: 22 Recommend hand washing in cold or washing in cold on a delicate cycle due to painted design.
