Minnie mouse dress!

Really well made red and white polka dot dress. It has darts and full swing skirt like a skater dress shape. Zips on the side. Feels soft like cotton. New without tags. Bought for Disney but didn't wear it. 😞 I bought online from somewhere in the UK. It does not have tags or brand.
