The primary color of the dress is light blue. Has ruffle detailing on the sleeves. Soft. Stretchy. Smooth feeling. The dress shows signs of normal wear and has a small stain. With the garment laying flat, the measurements are as follows: armpit to armpit is 12 inches, the waist is 14 inches, the hips are 17 inches, and from back of the neck to bottom of the dress is 20 inches. Preowned but in good condition.
