Minkpink floral one-shoulder ruffle dress

Great summer dress! EUC only worn once. Beautiful bright red color with all over floral print. For reference, I am 5’5” and typically wear a size Xs/S. Originally came with a matching tie for the waist but can’t find it anymore. Looks cute on its own or with a belt of your choice!
