MinkPink neon orange ruffle dress

I love this dress but it was an impulse buy and doesn't fit! Bought at a boutique, still has tag. Short sleeve with ruffle bottom and a rose gold zipper in the back. This runs a little big but it's supposed to be a little oversized. Make an offer!
