anniecriddel293 Hi, I just received the hat in the mail today. I really like it, but I was disappointed to discover that there were no labels or tags indicating that this item is genuine mink or faux. Second, the rear portion of the hat is dented and will not hold block shape that is in front. Can you send me anything to confirm “genuine mink” authenticity of this item? Thank you.

peggybea717 @anniecriddel293 HI Annie, I'm sorry you aren't happy with the hat. I don't have any documentation to give you. The hat was purchased from a furrier. Because I own a mink coat, the fur is recognizable to me. I would fill the shape of the hat with tissue or bubble wrap to return to the shape you desire. Not sure you used find another mink hat for this price.
