This is very old. From what I've researched, this is most likely from early 1920's. The fashion changed into collars/wraps without heads/feet/tails around 1940-50. Two mink pelts make up the collar. It does have 2 bobbles for securing the collar. Needs professionally cleaned. Pelt is not dry rotted.
