Miniature Floral Cloisonné Vase

Beautiful miniature Cloisonné vase 3 inches tall. From my grandmothers collection of knick knacks so most likely antique. In looking at sold listings I have seen this described as simultaneously Chinese and Japanese. I have no way to be certain of its origins. Her rim is broken (see up close photos) and is missing some of the enamel most significantly in two spots (see up close photos). Price reflects flaws. Smoke and pet free. Offers are welcome.
