Mini skirt with threaded slit detailing

Good used condition. The color is black although showing up very navy in pictures this is a thin unlined skirt by Generation V USA the care label is so old we cannot read it. Vintage cute style! The waste measurement is 13 1/2 the seat is 16 inches and the length of the skirt is 16 inches.
