Beautiful short skirt in 100% silk crepe, fabric design similar to Pucci, colors are red, yellow, white, camel, blush, orange by Seasatin. I have one in S and one in M. Has no lining. Elastic waist. Can be wore on the waist or lower. Measurements for S are: waist 13.5” is the elastic but goes up to 16”, length 15”, bottom width is 22”. Medium is 14.5”- 17.5” in waist, bottom width is 26”, length 15”
