I don’t know where I have a tape measure right now. Lol
I’ll get one tomorrow, but if it helps I usually wear a size 31 in pants/skirts bottoms in general. And I have about 3-4 extra inches of space.
And it’s not a stretchy material but not a super heavy and stiff material either. It’s like a medium weight cotton type of material.
