Mini sailboat print dress

Black or navy blue (really can't tell) dress with tiny sailboat print. Has an open back with Three buttons. The top button likes to come open so I'd either safety pin or make the button hole smaller to see if that helps. Don't remember where I got this dress and the tag is gone, so I'm not sure of size either, but I'd say it fits a small or size 4 comfortably.
