Gorgeous lightweight 100% rayon in navy blue with white embroidered scalloped edges around the low neckline. Sleeves and hemline have scalloped edging and a sort of butterfly/fruit looking pattern in white embroidery also. All the white embroidery is accented by groups of white dots which are cut out.
