Mini black velvet dress

Like new mini black velvet dress, underlined, detailed fabric with red, purple, green flowers on the upper top, adjustable straps , back zipper. It has bra pads and it fits snuggle on top and flowy on the bottom. My daughter literally wore one time for Christmas Eve. Approximately measurements Underarm to underarm- 14” Waist- 12” Length- 30”
