Mini black dress with sequined collar

I wore this dress to an office party once and it was perfect! It is short. .. about though length but the short sleeves and baggy but flattering fit let's you show some skin while still appearing professional. It feels like your wearing pj's that's how comfortable it Is and the rainbow collar adds just enough to dress it up but not make it over the top. It is a size small but the loose fit would fit a medium and perhaps some larges fine.
