High low wrap skirt Mini Brand new, never worn Handmade w vintage fabric and new pink satin ribbon. Cotton/poly, off-white w floral pattern and very very light gray stripes. Unlined. Fabric is stiff enough that skirt holds A-line shape when on. 39" total wrap length. 13 1/2" in back, goes to 9" around sides and then 7" on up to 5" in front pieces. Best for XS, unless worn over leggings as front pieces are very short! Flat front, fuller in back. Ties in back.
