Mini Turtle-neck Body Con Dress

Mini long sleeve body con sweater dress with fold over turtle neck. Worn once. *I altered this dress to have a smaller waist than when I bought it. It is a sz 6, but may feel like a 4. I do wear sz 6 normally. For reference I am 5'5", 34in bust, 27.5in waist, 40in hips, 140lbs. All items sold will go towards helping me fund a high school study abroad program to France.
