It is brand new Authentic not used as you can see the plastic part has not been opened after you take off the tops white lid from on top of the eye cream as you can see in the pictures that I have posted for this listing. This is a good quality brand HOURGLASS that carries this great restorative hydrating cream that is essential for dry skin making your skin hydrated and glowy putting this before your makeup routine so your makeup comes out well especially the foundation part. Also, this should be after your skincare routine like after your wash in the morning. It does not say the size of this as you can see in the pictures also online it also does not show the size on each this is the mini travel size 0.15 FL OZ. so it is convenient and have quantity that will last you some time. Purchased for more than what asking for but selling because have not used it so want to give it to someone who can use it.
