In great condition! No major flaws or imperfections! Lightly used! It is a Mini Pirate Hat! I’m quite sure I purchased it from Spirit Halloween! It is mainly black in color with a white accent. The hat is made from a felt material, it is shaped / formed. It has a few black feathers for accent, as well as a black ribbon bow with a small plastic skull & crossbones charm / cabochon in the center! Attaches with a thin black elastic string / cord that goes around your head / chin! You could also tuck the elastic string in / remove it and wear it with clips if you’d like! Great for costumes, cosplay, Halloween, raves, dancing, stripping, clubs, events, festivals, etc! Measures approximately 5.50 x 5 x 1.50 inches. Weighs 0.2 oz, not including shipping materials.
