Mini Boden Smocked Dress

Soft cotton blend dress with skirt for twirling, smocked bodice, and flutter sleeves. Very cute on and a fun play dress. Has pockets too! Good condition except has slight discoloration on the inside/ very edge of the collar (see photo)
