tjisum @shengross2016 yes. They are like a structured cotton material and sewn into the lining. The material is not flowy. It’s a beautiful skirt. I just have never been that small. It would pair perfectly with a fine gauge knit sweater or a white cotton button down styled with bracelet jewelry. That’s what the material puts me in the mind of.
