Dress is in overall good used condition. No major damage, it does show some signs of wear, including a small torn spot on the hem. . Plenty of life left! Off the shoulder design on one side with strap on other. Rouching around the waist. Pit to pit laid flat is 18 inches, across the bottom is 24.5 and top of shoulder to bottom is 31.5 inches.
