Beautiful and rare Mina Stone hand dyed watercolor silk dress with tie back. Cut out sleeve with tie knot closure. Elastic waist - elastic is a bit twisted inside the silk band. Flat Measurements: Chest: No defined chest area, but the measurement from the bottom of one sleeve seam to the other is 33" across. Waist: approximately 13" across the front of the high empire waist, with the back elastic at rest and unstretched. The elastic in back does not stretch beyond 14" across.
