As pictured, some wear on the edges and where it creases on the side. All zippers and straps in great condition and good working order. Inside is clean and many pockets are amazing for organization. I absolutely loved using this not so diaper-bag-looking diaper bag! Great for traveling and holds up so well. Love that it can be worn as a backpack or on the shoulder. Insulated pocket was perfect to keep sunglasses safe
