Mimi Chica Dress with Bell Sleeves

Very sad to let this go but it no longer fits me. Only worn it twice. Stain on front of dress (see pic). I have a picture posted with me wearing it. Has a 70s vibe to it. There are strings on the front. Cold shoulder dress.
