@hberry8 Hello, Yes they are direct from the factory itself, just items that are no longer active product be sold to the eyewear practices. They unfortunately do not have a case, but will be rapped in bubble rap and protected while shipping. We are working on the idea of possible getting some generic cases for them. The case factory and the production factory are two different factories, that is why we do not have both.
