Milly silk cocktail dress in black & white

A very unusual dress with a 2 piece look. This dress has a pencil slim skirt, with hidden side zips for the attached underslip and for the top section. The top is weighted at the hem to hold in place. There is a slight slit opening at the hem, also beautiful sleeveless details at the top of the bodice.
