The shoulder straps are different in the first and last photos. The straps are thinner in the first photo. The hangers are different too. are there two different dresses? Maybe one was altered? TY

the first one is the front , with the straps thinner, and it gets bigger in the back which is in the 2nd pic.

I think the front straps were altered to make it smaller which is more flattering and modern than the wider straps.
