Milly of New York Silk Button Down Striped V-neck Blouse Size 8 Ivory

The Original Milly of New York silk blouse. The top is v-neck with covered buttons down the front and at the cuffs. Long sleeves 3/4, fabric is a bit sheer. The fabric is gathered to create a almost striped pattern. This is new with out tags. I purchased it at a little boutique shop while away. Looking at the care tag it looks like it was suppose to come with a lining which it didn't 100% silk, Dry clean, Made in the USA. Measurements taken flat are about- pit to pit- 20" length- 25" sleeve- 21"
