The Milly of New York Kiri Firework dress was part of the Spring/Summer 2015 Collection. Straps are NOT adjustable. Please note: This is a pre-loved (secondhand) item. Refer to the pictures for measurements. There are random tiny colored spots (pink and blue throughout the dress which seems to be intentional on this pattern, see pictures) Colors may vary slightly due to lighting, camera settings, or monitor displays.
