Milly of NY 5F Bergdorf goodman dress size 4 and matching belt

Reposhing this item I purchased from @mktbeba. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Purchases fall 2022 and wore a different dress to my occasion so still in like new condition. This is such an adorable dress. I’m 5’8” and it fits just a little shorter than I was hoping for. When I bought the dress it was missing a belt, but I found this matching Milly belt in new condition. Perfect match! Shoulders that seamlessly blend into cap sleeves are 18” across and waist is 14”.
