Milly black mini dress with oversized sleeves

I kept this dress thinking I’d shrink to get into it but I never did lose the weight. I’m wearing it in the photo but it was too tight to sit in. Never worn outside of trying it on at home. Very flattering, has lining and the material is a tiny bit stretchy. Lace up back
