Milly Tweed Structured Party Dress Fit and Flare

This dress is STUNNING. The fabric seems like a tweed but the extra colors of the tweed are fabulous bright spring colors. It is sleeveless, super structured on top, and hug flair at the bottom. It almost feels like petty coats on the bottom. It has a very updated 80’s look. It is in VERY GOOD condition. Some of the colored ribbons throughout the dress seem a little loose. But I feel like that is just what it is supposed to do. I would wear it to a cocktail event, a party, or a semi formal where you want to make a fun statement!
