@fashionsloth Hi Susie! Sorry for the delay. I’ll be able to give you the exact measurement tonight but if I had to guess, I’d say the circumference is around 30 inches, and it’s stretchy. I believe it’s meant to sit at the waist, but it can be worn at the hips as well if that’s more comfortable.
