Mills Ocean Wave Tulle Dress| Never Worn w/tags| XL but fits like size 8-10

Milla ocean wave tulle dress, XL but runs small, I am a size 8-10 and the corset allows for flexibility in sizing. Can be worn with or without sleeve piece! Tag is still on but part of it was broken off when handling it so they didn’t allow me to return it. Sleeves are a separate piece so it can be worn strapless or with the puff sleeves. Truly a princess dress, wish I could keep it but nowhere to wear it to.
