Millibon Dress/cover up

Black and white floral dress / cover up. Deep front V neck detail. Tie top back with V. Skirt cut is shorter in front & back, longer on sides. I used it as a dress/top with leggings and then without leggings as a summer swim cover up! Great condition worn a few times.
