Great condition only worn by me on my wedding. Over skirt goes all the way around waist. I altered the dress under skirt to close some of the slit which can be reversed as well. I got a size small and I normally fit anywhere between 2-4. Serous inquiries only please. No I will not rent it out so please don’t ask.
