Items come from a smoke free, pet friendly home and are all stored onsite. Some wool and cashmere items are stored in a cedar chest for protection and may have a faint cedar smell. If you need special shipping/packing due to inclement weather, please let me know. I ship smaller items in either a polybag or USPS Tyvek envelope. Larger items ship in USPS cardboard boxes.
