I am about 5’4 and it barely reaches above my ankle. It’s long and flattering but at the same time can be worn in a formal setting. The top part is a bit like a “crop top” but is connected with the dress & has two holes on the side that highlight your waist! Worn once. Comfy Material.👍🏼
