Sculptural pendant designed by Miguel Ortiz Berrocal (1933-2006).
An iconic sculpture, created by the Spanish artist Manuel Ortiz Berrocal, back in the 1971-1972. Named Mini David by the sculptor and crafted in solid .925/.999 sterling silver topped by an 18 karats gold vermeil. The sculptural pendant is designed as a dismountable puzzle toy in the shape of a men's torso. This can be exhibited in a flat surface and is fitted on top with a movable ring of 10 mm to wear in a chain or a necklace.

Miguel Ortiz Berrocal
Born in Villanueva de Algaidas, Málaga, 28 September 1933 – Antequera, Málaga, 31 May 2006). He was a Spanish figurative and abstract sculptor. He is best known for his puzzle sculptures, which can be disassembled into many abstract pieces. These works are also known for the miniature artworks and jewelry incorporated into or concealed within them, and the fact that some of the sculptures can be reassembled or reconfigured into different arrangements. Berrocal sculptures span a wide range of physical sizes from monumental outdoor public works, to intricate puzzle sculptures small enough to be worn as pendants, bracelets, or other body ornamentation.
