Mignon Paris New York women's vintage blue chiffon dress size 10-12

This is a Mignon Paris New York women's vintage blue chiffon dress, size not listed but by measurements 10-12. It is a light royal blue color and is lined in the same color. It crosses in the front with a V neckline to the waist, which has 1/4" horizontal seam and has a 3" peplum below it. The waist has belt loops, belt not included. From the waist it has a flap that follows where the V neck crossed to the hem with a ruffle similar to the peplum. The hem has the same ruffle. The sleeves are loose and gather at the wrist with elastic and have a similar ruffle at the cuff. The elastic is stretched out at the cuffs from age. The shoulders have gathers at the top. The back has a hidden zipper covered by the fabric and 5 covered buttons in the same fabric that go up the back. It has a hook and eye at the top of the zipper. The dress measures 17" across the chest, 14" across the waist, 20" from shoulder to cuff and 49" from shoulder to longest part of the hem. Dry clean only. It is in good pre-owned vintage condition.
