Midnight Velvet formal business top with tags (flawed)

womens size 22 wide color - royal blue has tags top needs washing/dry cleaning top has a lot of staining on the inside lining there are some light white spots on upper back near collar inside and outside may be able to clean some spots out, but not certain otherwise outside of jacket/top looks nice measurements are shown in pictures please be sure to check all measurements and pictures provided priced accordingly
