Midnight Hour Faux Leather Leggings

Size Medium. Bought years ago at hot topic. Overall seem to be in good condition aside from a strange scratch on the front of the left leg above the knee (pictured) The waist laying flat and unstretched is 13.5-14 inches and I was able to get it to stretch to 19 flat, but I’m unsure if it will stretch further. The rise is i believe 8 inches and the inseam is 27.5-28 inches. Comes from a home with a dog
